I am marketing a number of 2000-3000sqf units in District 10 which could potentially fit into your requirements. A good alternative you could consider is Astrid Meadows at Coronation Road West area. Its a freehold development and the unit size there falls in the range of 2000-2500 sqft, very spacious layout. I've personally helped my clients to secure a couple of units there at very good value prices.
